Terms of Service

Regarding Copyright:* I hold rights to the pieces I make. My art may not be used for commercial use, such as merchandising, without discussing royalties.
* Do not edit my work unless given my express permission. The only exception would be if modifying a base I have made.
* You may repost art I have done for you in your gallery so long as there is credit.
* Do not remove my signature from my pieces.
* You do not have permission use my art for NFTs or AI.Payment:* Payment must be up front unless a payment plan is in effect. I will not start until I get full payment, unless discussed otherwise.
* You have 48 hours to pay before your commission is considered cancelled. If payment plan is in effect: you must pay within 48 hours of each discussed date or the commission will be cancelled. (If something comes up, please discuss it with me and we’ll decide on a potential solution.)
* The prices discussed are not up for negotiation. You may, however, feel free to ask if I have anything I’d be willing to do that is in your price range.
* Commission prices listed are the base price. Additional charge may be added to complex characters or situations.
* If there are edits that need to be made past the sketch stage, or on an adopt: you may be subject to additional charge. (This does not apply if I made a mistake with coloring/markings that need fixed)
* Currently I use PayPal for payments.General Commissions:* I hold the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
* Commission turnaround depends on complexity, but typically will be done between one week to a month. If there is a queue, it may take longer: however I try not to take on too much work at once. I am also physically disabled, so I may need additional time. If that’s the case it will be communicated to you.
* I will notify you if there is a queue and how many people are ahead of you, and I will regularly send you WIPs through DMs.
* Please provide a clear reference for your OC. You may ask if I will draw based off description, or based off of other art pieces that aren’t refs: but understand I may refuse if I find it too difficult.
* If I do not feel comfortable with the given prompt or don’t feel as though I can do your character justice in my style: I may decline. It’s not personal, it’s a matter of my own capabilities.
* Do not commission me to draw a character that isn’t yours without permission.
* If your OC is more complex than most, you may be subjected to additional charges. This will be discussed prior to payment.
* All rules apply to any type of commission including YCHs.Refunds:* If you ask for a refund, ghost me, or back out: you may be black listed (depending on reasoning)
* Unless the turnaround time was discussed to be longer, If I take more than 3 months to start on your commission: I will refund you if asked and it will not be held against you.
* If I have already made progress on a commission: I will only do a partial refund or no refund depending on how far I have gotten on the piece (unless I’m the one offering to refund due to an issue on my end). I am not a bank, and I am not responsible for any poor financial decisions on your end.
* Please do not pester me to start your commission if there are other commissioners ahead of you, and I am within the time frame.Adoptables/Customs:* You MUST have a toyhouse in order to purchase a design from me, unless discussed otherwise. I want to be able to keep track or where my designs are going. This means if resold: it must also be to someone with a TH.
* Please do not sell any adopts you buy from me for higher than you bought them for unless additional art is drawn/commissioned.
* You have the full rights to a character once you buy it, you can make changes if desired.
* Do not back out of an auction/sale or it may result in being blacklisted.Blacklist Behavior:* Not following my ToS
* Being hateful or bigoted. (ableist, racist, lgbtphobic, etc)
* Engaging in zoophilia or pedophilia.
* Being outed as an abuser, rapist, etc.
* Causing issues for other artists who have done work for you.
* Engaging in NFTs or AI art
* Harassing me or disrespecting my boundaries.
* If I have you blocked on social media and vise versa.
* Filing a chargeback.I have the right to deny service to you for any reason, not just what is listed above.Will Draw:* Anthros

* Monsters/Fantasy Creatures (depending on complexity)
* Pokémon
* Animatronics
* Light goreWill Not/Can’t Draw:* Extreme gore
* Political art
* Cars, planes, other heavy machinery
* Very complex clothing/armor
* NSFW content
* Fetish work of any kind.
* anything inappropriate involving animals or underage characters (won’t draw your loli/shota OCs).
